We bill when services are rendered, not before. Customers can choose between a paper bill or an eBill; eBills are reminder notices emailed to your work or home email address reminding your to pay your bill . Paper Billing- Paper Bills are generated the same day as service is rendered. Prompt payment ensures uninterrupted service. When invoices go 30 days unpaid, a 1.5% Late Fee will be attached. After 60 days of non-payment, an additional 1.5% fee is attached. If still unpaid after 90 days, services will be discontinued and the account placed in collections. Customers wishing to make alternate arrangements are asked to contact us via email or phone. All arrangements must be in writing and agreed upon by all parties concerned.
eBilling- eBilling allows us to send you, the customer, a PDF (Portable Digital File)- a bill within an email, to your work or home email address. You can then print the invoice for your records or save a copy on your hard drive. Signing up for eBilling is easy- click here and sign up. PayPal- even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can use it pay your bill. Click here to sign in to PayPal. Paypal is a secure merchant so you need not worry about exposing yourself to fraud.
